I acquired a traumatic brain injury sailing in a massive,
surprise storm in the summer of 2010. It turned my whole life upside down.
I went from a high functioning proudly independent person, from being completely dependent.
I went from feeling in total control of my life, to having no control of anything; free-falling through life and watching all the pieces fall away from me.
The losses can’t even begin to be counted. I still do not drive a car.
I searched high and low for answers. The answers I got from my doctors ranged from “nothing was wrong with me”, and this was a “psychological issue”, to this was “one of the worst cases” they had ever seen, and I would “never get better”.
Luckily, I did not believe any of that for very long. Somewhere, lost deep inside my scrambled head, was still…

Because I had seen it countless times in my career helping hundreds of people re-wire their brains with hypnotherapy. I knew healing was possible.
I just had no idea how especially when my brain didn’t work. And the answers were not easy to come by.

How Does Nathalie’s Coaching Work?
After the first session, you can decide if you want to commit to working together.
Since I am still healing, I work with a very limited number of high-functioning clients for a minimum of 3 months. Change takes time, especially with a brain injury, and I want to be there along the way as any obstacles arise.
We meet on Skype at the same time every week and address your needs.
The first 45 minutes we talk and other modalities such as Brain Gym or Emotional Freedom Techniques, depending on what is up for you.
The last 15 minutes is a personalized Guided Meditation, allowing you to deeply relax and experience greater peace, self-acceptance, and harmony with your new brain.
When we work together, you not only get guidance and a compassionate ear; you get my wholehearted presence, my 25 years experience in the healing arts, and a lifetime of experience in conquering massive challenges.
